She was predeceased by: her parents, Alan Fouts and Elizabeth "Betty" Challacombe Fouts; and her brother John Fouts. She is survived by: her spouse Santos "Andy" Saldivar; her children, Kathleen Waters (George W.) and Kenneth A. Saldivar (Randi); her grandchildren, George Nathaniel Waters and Elizabeth Saldivar; and her sister Aleen Halbett (Daniel).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Christians for life, and sent in care of the funeral home.
