She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Bisping and Ivalo Bisping (Stigge); her husband Keith C. Tolbert; and her stepdaughter Terri Savage (Paul). She is survived by: her brothers, Kenneth Bisping (Charlene), Shawnee and Ron Bisping; her children, Michael Tolbert and Mary Zoeller (Scott); and her granddaughters, Stephanie Cheadle (Andrew), Ashley Bryan (Casey), Kaytlin Savage and Alma. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to St. John Lutheran Church of Alma or the Helping Hands Humane Society of Topeka and may be left in care of the Newcomer Funeral Home of Kettering Ohio.
