He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Fehring and Velma Fehring (West); and his children, Randy Fehring, Cary Stephens and Janet Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Fehring; and his children, Ron Fehring, Cathi Buckley and Harriet Taylor. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren: 18 great-grandchildren: and 1 great-great-grandchild.
