He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth R. Noe and Mary Lou Noe. He is survived by: his siblings, Corinne Kidd (David) and Adrian Noe; and his nieces and nephews, Nicole Gilliland (Ryan), Jennifer Glotzbach (Joshua), Justin Kidd and Kyle Noe (Jesynthia).
