She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Vincent Billinger and Barbara Billinger (Richmeier); her husband Victor Frank Wittman; her children, Eugene Wittman and Vicky Jensen; and her siblings, Bridget Mann, Luciene Horak, Adolph Billinger, John Billinger, Dorothy Fagan, Peter Billinger, Clara Herman, Louis Billinger and Elaine Knoll.

She is survived by: her daughter Theresa Wittman of Topeka, KS. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
