He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucious Crawford and Sweetie Mae Peoples (Murry); his son-in-law Edward Lake; and his granddaughter Shanice Brockish. He is survived by: his children, David Peoples (Myra) of Topeka, Anna Stewart (Charles) of Castle Rock, Theresa Lake of Junction City and Robert Brockish (Marie) of Hutchinson, Kansas.; his siblings, Corinne Waddell of Alachua and Lucious Crawford of Albany Georgia; and his grandchildren, Alana Peoples, Damarus Peoples (Erin), Javon Peoples, Kiana Stewart, Jalen Stewart (Savannah), Marcus Stewart, Justin Lake (Cristiana), Ashley Jimenez, Jaime Bell and Amber Delgado (Aaron). He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Heartland Worship Center, 1401 NW Harrison St, Topeka, KS 66608.
