Cecil leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Cecil’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Cecil will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilma Gertrude Grayson Dozier and Cecil Bernard Dozier; and his wife Linda Dozier. He is survived by: his siblings, Alfred, Lucy, Richard and Dwight. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:55 AM at the Central Park Christian Church (1535 SW Clay St, Topeka, KS 66604).
