He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sr. Lewis and Betty Lewis (Day); and his sister Mary "Janeen" Lewis. He is survived by: his son Michael Lewis (Kristin); his grandchildren, Heather, Zach, Maggie, Ethan and Natalie; and his great grandchildren, Waylon and Ella.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Parker-Price & Davidson Funeral Home (245 NW Independence Ave, Topeka, KS 66608). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
