She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hardin and Everlena Hardin (Callicutt); her husband Wesley L. Jackson; and her siblings, Benny, Joada, Martha, Eddiemae, Jessie, Mattie, William "Bill", Rosevelt "Ted" and Ethel.
She is survived by: her children, Jesse Hardin (Jennifer) of Youngstown and Patricia Wright (Wayne, Jr.) of Topeka; her grandchildren, Jesse, Jr., L'Tonia (Ben) and DeVaughn; and her brother Ralph Hardin. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; twenty-three great-great grandchildren.
