She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Anderson and Vivian Anderson (Lowe); her husbands, Melvin Spencer and Anthony Ward; her daughter Shirley Spencer; her grandson Christopher Workman; her brother Robert Anderson; her grandchildren, Dustin Workman, Jennifer Simpson (Juan), Stephanie Davidson (Cody) and Christina Stoneking (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Kynlee, Lakyn, Ava, Tymber and Brisa.
She is survived by: her nephew Jackie Hendrix.
