He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence W. Kukar and Bernice Kukar (Siwula); his wife Joan Marie (Slovnik); his sister Alice (Wells); and his sons, Darrell and Richard.
He is survived by: his son Scott Kukar of Tucson, AZ; and his sisters, Joyce Kukar of Grafton, WI and Patty Kukar of Denver, CO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
