He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his children, Christina M Holladay (Darren) and Ryan W. Crawford (Teresa Reicherter); his grandchildren, Jordan, Emma, Jane, Elizabeth and Quin; and his sister Delena Newman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews; and several cousins.
