She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wayman and Esther Melinda Blair; her husband Theodore Boelens; and her brother Kenneth Wayman (Betty). She is survived by: her children, Vaughn Schultz and Melody Matyak (Rick); her brother Noel Wayman (Linda); and her brother-in-law Peter Boelens (Maria). She is also survived by five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
