He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Miller and Martha Miller (Sinclair). He is survived by: his children, Rick Miller (Jolene), Teresa Miller (Tim) and Dawn Frye; his siblings, Walter and Lynn; his son Dale A. Miller; and his siblings, Midge, Barbara, Bonnie, Gail, Marilyn and Wayne. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild.
