He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Neill and Mary Lou Neill. He is survived by: his siblings, Ben Neill (Penny) and Cindy Stepp (Art); and his sons, Jesse Neill (Heather) and Ryan Neill (Cindy). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
