He was predeceased by: his parents, David J. Centlivre and Doris E. Centlivre (Hanson); his sisters, Denise Fuller and Dona Jones; and his nephews, Brian and Brent Fender.
He is survived by: his children, David M. Centlivre, Paul E. Centlivre, Daniel J. Richard, Grace E. Centlivre-Williams and Garrett P. Richard; and his siblings, Dennis Centlivre (Krista), Duane Centlivre and Diana Hafenstein (Dale). He is also survived by grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brennan Mathena Funeral Home (800 SW 6th Ave, Topeka, KS 66603). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Leavenworth National Cemetery (150 Muncie Rd, Leavenworth, KS 66048).
