He was predeceased by: his parents, Orley Guthrie and Edith Pearl Guthrie (Meyers); his former wife Rebecca Padilla Gomez Guthrie; his children, Misty Harral, Daniel Gomez, David Gomez, Christopher Gomez and Pedro Gomez; and his siblings, Margaret Robinson, Betty Bush and Cyrus Guthrie.
He is survived by: his children, Tom Harral of Raytown, Stacy Thowe (Glen) of Topeka and Tina Harral of Kansas City, Kansas; and his brother Bob Guthrie of Topeka. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
