He was predeceased by: his father Dennis Dean Barnes; and his brother-in-law Ed Shaw. He is survived by: his wife Tina Barnes; his mother Katherine Barnes; his siblings, Connie Shaw, Cindy McFarland (Alan), Brenda Barnes (Lewis Beck), Chris Hutton (Karen) and Rick Barnes (Kim); and his grandchildren, Misty DeVries, Tatum DeVries, Halo DeVries and Bryson Manrose. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
