He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Louis and Alice Virginia "Pat" Campbell (Winsell); and his sister Darline Hill. He is survived by: his close friend Karen Hartman; his children, Kimberly Sias (David), Michelle Mulvaney (Ray), Lloyd Campbell II (Mellissa) and Leah Hendrik (Brian); his grandchildren, Chris Hartman, Cody, Jessyca, Cassandra, Miranda, Katarina, Colbi, Levi, Trey, Savannah, Ryan, Olivia, Erika, Damian, Chrystal and Wayne; his great grandchildren, Rachel, Kimmy, Kaya, Kade, Priya, Ellie Jo, Joslyn, Emma, Tilly, Isabella, Zakkary, Caroline, Scarlett, Addilyn and Waylon; and his brother Andy Campbell.
