He was predeceased by: his parents, William Orr and Ruth Quinn Orr; and his brothers, Bill and Jim Orr. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Winslade; his sons, Wayne (Sally), Paul (Rebecca) and Joe; his grandchildren, Cheyanne, Cody, Bennett, Katelyn, Evan and Stevie; and his siblings, Steven, Robert and Pamela Orr.
