He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Dugan and Glenda Dugan (Buker); his wife Mary Ann Dugan; his grandsons, Isaac and Tristan Weichert; and his brother Edward Dugan.
He is survived by: his children, Dawn McMullen (Jimmy), Lyn Funk, Jeff Bottenberg and Jeni Brown (Chris); and his grandchildren, Eli Weichert, Rory Bottenberg, Tyler Stock (Kassie), Joshua Stock (Elizabeth), Alec Stock, Kody Brown (Shelby) and Jared Brown. He is also survived by his great grandchildren.
