He was predeceased by: his father Donald E. Rayls, Jr.; and his grandmother Leona S. Rayls. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Atkins (Alyk); his grandchildren, Destiny, Valisity, Kinsley, Colton and Mason; his girlfriend Kristy Workman; his mother Claudia Rayls; his sister Shannon Zeilinger (Todd); and his sibling's children, T. J., Katelyn and Logan. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Topeka Parks and Recreation Foundation in Donald's memory, honoring his love for the outdoors.
