She was predeceased by: her son Seth Brohaugh; her parents, Theodore Schiel and Beatrice Schiel; her sister Margot Schiel; and her former husband Nolan Brohaugh.
She is survived by: her son Josh Brohaugh (Stacy); her grandchildren, Alex Brohaugh (Megan), Austin Brohaugh, Alayna Henezler (Chad Forrer) and Alison Brohaugh; her great grandchildren, Kaden Brohaugh, Jaxon Brohaugh, Maia Brohaugh and Sairen Forrer; and her sister Karen Ruberto (Dan).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home (1321 SW 10th Ave, Topeka, KS 66604). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Penwell Gabel Funeral Home (1321 SW 10th Ave, Topeka, KS 66604).
