She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest B. Sage and Anna Mae Sage (Sturm); her husband Delton Neu; and her brothers, Robert Sage and Marvin Sage.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Apps, Martha Neu Smith (Gary) and David Neu (Shelly); her grandchildren, Justin Bond, Sara Ray (Michael) and Joseph Neu; her great grandchild Ethan Ray; and her siblings, Irene Kaff, Peggy Abney, Shirley Trchalek, Donald Sage, Gary Sage and Bruce Sage.
Memorial contributions can be made in Donna's memory to Lambs of God Ministry at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church and/or Midland Hospice.
