She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Lake and Lena Newton; her children, Kirk Baker and Bobbie Baker; and her husband Gerald Baker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Terry Colwell and Lucy Van Voben; her siblings, Rita, Marylyn, Sharon and Steve; and her daughter Jenny. She is also survived by many grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Mount Hope Cemetery (4700 SW 17th St, Topeka, KS 66604).
