We are sad to announce that on July 18, 2025, at the age of 87, Doris Vaughn of Topeka, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred F. Ireland and Thelma M. Ireland (Shaffer); and her husband Jim Vaughn (Jim). She is survived by: her sons, Kevin L. (April), David L. (Sally) and Scott L. Vaughn (Taria); and her grandchildren, Ryan Vaughn, Trent Brown, Collin Vaughn, Tyler Vaughn, Jaimie Greenwood, Travis Vaughn and Nicole Boston. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Meals on Wheels of Topeka or First United Methodist Church of Topeka.
