He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Wayne Fisher and Betty Jean Germann Fisher; his parents-in-law, Clarence and Theresa Hertlein; his brothers, Ken, Steve and Greg Fisher; and his brother-in-law Karl Glatt.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Deann Kipers (Gregg) and Matthew Fisher (Valerie); his grandchildren, Johnathan Jurgensmeier (Sav), Brian Fisher, Alexis and Isabelle Jurgensmeier; his great grandchild Mariah Kipers; his sisters, Judith Price (Garth), Mary Glatt, Jeanne Roberts (Richard) and Theresa Martin (Pat); and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Fisher, Nancy Fisher, Ginny Burghart, Rita Hertlein and Carol DeBacker (Dan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kevin Brennan Family Funeral Home (2801 SW Urish Rd, Topeka, KS 66614). A rosary was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (227 SW Van Buren St, Topeka, KS 66603). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
