Dwayne Allen Bates Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on October 6, 2025, at the age of 40, Dwayne Allen Bates of Topeka, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Dwayne shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Dwayne farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his parents, Michael W. Bates and Diana L. Bates (Woodall) of Topeka; his brothers, Derrick Bates (Diane) of Olathe, KS and Dustin Bates of Shawnee, KS; his nephews, Daxon and Delton Bates; and his aunts, Bobbie Broadbent and Alana Atkins.
