He was predeceased by: his parents, William Blake and Edith Blake (Sheldon). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Gary (Denise Blake), Sherri (Bill Guinn), Doug (Maegan Blake) and Toni (Jason McGinnis); his brother Bob; and his brother-in-law Ron. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
