He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Amick and Phyllis Amick; and his wife Patricia Amick. He is survived by: his brother Stanley Amick of Kansas; his nephew Walter Amick of San Diego; his great-nieces, Emma and Clara; his nephew Winston Amick of Alma; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lauren, Madelyn and Dalton.
