She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy L. Roudybush and Eula Roudybush (Plattner); her siblings, Pat Dekat, Verlla Roudybush, Leonard, Larry, Norman and Howard Roudybush; and her son-in-law Randy Harshaw.
She is survived by: her husband Marvin L. Starr; and her children, Raymond Starr (Sherri) of Topeka, KS, James Starr (Cleo) of Meriden, KS, Debra Harshaw of Topeka, KS and Kathy Jeanneret (Mark) of Topeka, KS. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
