She was predeceased by: her parents, John Carter and Ruby Carter (Rabon); her husband Bob Mummey, Sr.; and her brother Butch Carter. She is survived by: her children, Darlene Rumsey, Bob Mummey (Kelly) and Jim Mummey (Tina); and her siblings, Ruby "Jeannette" Arrington and Donald Carter (Ann). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter.
