He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cooper and Monta Mae Cooper (Williams). He is survived by: his son Scott D. Cooper; his wife Clarnetta M. Schwien; and his sister Merlen Zoan Popejoy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
