She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Tommy" Johnston and Leona Mae Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Roger McCullough; her son Kyle Colclasure (Kathy); her grandchildren, Jaycee, Isaac, Kylie and Hunter; and her sisters, Nancy and Willie.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Midland Hospice Care or Helping Hands Humane Society in Topeka—two causes close to her heart.
