He was predeceased by: his mother Teri Storey (Chrisco). He is survived by: his father Frank Whitsell; his stepmother Trudy; his close friends, Jennifer and Shelly Farnan-Moore; his daughters, Macklyn, Avyn and Beazly; and his siblings, Brady Calvin and McKenzie Storey. He is also survived by several loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Frankie and his family would request any memorial contributions be made to the Topeka Rescue Mission.
