He is survived by: his sons, Joe Campbell (Amy) of Rolla and Matt Campbell (Kristie) of Lawrence, Kansas; his grandchildren, Crew, Daxton, Eleanor, Alexis and Tanner; and his brother Jon Chestnut of Topeka, Kansas. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
