He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Harvey and Esther Starkey (Bellamy); his son Raymond T. Starkey; and his siblings, Dory Alice Starkey, Alma Starkey Gallup, Lawrence, Ralph, Sheman John and Norman Starkey.
He is survived by: his children, Richard W. Starkey of Streator, IL, Theresa K. Holloway (Jimmy) of Houston, TX and Ellen L. Winters (Steve) of Topeka, KS. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
