He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gerald C. Custer, and Carol Custer, Sr. (Sheesley); and his siblings, Jackie Custer of Waterboro, Phyllis Osgood (Lawrence) of Cedar Point and Cherie Schmittou (Randy) of Cunningham. He was also cherished by five nieces and nephews and one great-nephew.
