He is survived by: his wife Jan; his daughters, Brenda Sweezey (Mark) and Tammy Koch (Jeff); his grandchildren, Tyler Sweezey (Lindsey), Kyle Koch (Kaleigh), Dalton Sweezey and Isaac Koch (Jenna); his great grandchildren, Dalton "DJ" Sweezey Jr., Raylynn Sweezey and Aurelia Sweezey; and his sisters, Karen Rilinger (late Paul) and Marilyn Evans (Gary). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
