Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Gerald leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland and Pearl Smith Hinton; and his brothers, Carson and Lester Hinton. He is survived by: his wife Leona Jean Grimm; his sons, Holton, Larry (Becky) and Ron (Barb); his granddaughters, Laura Rudolph (Mike) and Elizabeth Parent (Nick); and his great grandchildren, Wesley, Hannah, Leona and Camille. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
