He was predeceased by: his parents, John Phifer and Irma Phifer Jr. (Iwert). He is survived by: his brother Daniel Phifer (Audrey Rush); and his stepsons, Jarod Easterberg (Erin) and Jacob Easterberg. He is also survived by two step-granddaughters; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Dove Cremations & Funerals - Southwest Chapel (3700 SW Wanamaker Rd, Topeka, KS 66610).
