He is survived by: his daughters, Yolanda Dominguez of Topeka, Rebecca Velazquez of Topeka and Anna Mayfield of Atchison; his brothers, Juan Rodriguez-Garcia, Antonio Rodriguez-Garcia and Arturo Rodriguez-Garcia; and his grandchildren, Patrick, Nicholas, Yesenia, Joel, Emily, Andres, Pedro, Elian, Zaden, Eliana and Arabella.
