He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Robert Moore and Elizabeth Celeste Carrington Moore; and his grandparents, Bert and Edna Carrington. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Anders; his children, David Gibson of Salina, KS, Michael Moore of San Antonio, TX, Jessica Anders Cox and Deborah Moore of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Damarious, Dahara, Zi'Hera, Harper, Trey, LaMya, Michael, Solei and Landon; his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Kane and Zeke; his sister Deborah Eatmon of San Diego, CA; his brothers-in-law, Collier Anders of Newport, AR and Joseph Anders (Pam) of Newport, AR; and his brother Boydlee Snoddy.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Church of God in Christ (614 SE California Ave, Topeka, KS 66607). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
