He is survived by: his son Gordon Lee Gruver II; his wife Patricia Barrett; his daughters, Bonnie, Cheryl (Greg) and Julie; his brothers, Curtis (Vera) and Paul (Judy); and his nieces and nephews, Kimberly, Serena, Curtis and Charles. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
