He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hoefer and Laveda Hoefer; his former wife Pam Hoefer; and his son Troy Hoefer. He is survived by: his wife Ramona Rosetta Hoefer; his sons, Jeff Hoefer (Beth) and Brian Hoefer (Erin); his daughter-in-law Ashley Hoefer; his grandchildren, Deyton, Grace, Max, Lauren, Natalie, Charlotte, Lillian and Townzen; his sister Bobbi Hicks (late Bob); his nephew Brett Hicks (Diana); and his niece Tara Florence (Jarrod).
