She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Sutton and Melinda Joan Miller Sutton; her son Phillip Thomas; and her siblings, Robert "Bobby" Wilkerson and Lisa Sutton.
She is survived by: her husband Clarence Bullock Jr. of Topeka; her children, Kendall Sutton (Michelle) of Kansas City, Missouri and Waverly Sanders (Danny) of Topeka, Kansas; and her siblings, Debra Sutton of Kansas City, Melody Sutton of Kansas City, Denise Miller of Topeka, Kansas and Gary "Mikey" Collins of San Antonio. She is also survived by five close friends.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Mount Hope Cemetery (4700 SW 17th St, Topeka, KS 66604). A repast will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the True Light Ministries (2020 SE 21st St, Topeka, KS 66607).
