He is survived by: his children, James Frederick DeFore (Ricky) of Wichita, KS and Corina Dodson (Jeff) of Wichita, KS; his grandchildren, Derrick Dodson (Kristy), Briana Coursey (Aaron) and Ashton Gordon (Drew); and his sibling's children, Marcia Labbe (Ed Tucker), Amber Labbe Murphy (Michael), Rodney Labbe (Alida) of Shawnee, OK and Christian Labbe (Megan) of Arcadia, OK.. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
He registered as an organ donor and was able to donate his corneas to Saving Sight.
