He is survived by: his children, Nicole Dolan Parks of Topeka, Amy Esquibel of Topeka and Jason Dolan of Lenexa; his grandchildren, Ethan Parks, Caleb Parks, Abigail Parks, Madelyn Esquibel, Jack Esquibel, Max Esquibel, Annie Dolan and Molly Dolan; and his siblings, Margaret McQuary, Maureen Scorpio, Joe Dolan, Sharon Smith and Patty Massie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
