He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Rush and Margaret Rush (Hill); his stepmother Evelyn Rush; and his brother Mike Rush. He is survived by: his wife Ann Rush (Carter); his daughter Julie Rush (Justin Lightcap); his grandchildren, Harrison and Grace Lightcap; and his brothers, Tom Rush (Barb) and Mark Rush (Ann).
