We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2025, at the age of 95, Jean Kelly in Topeka, Kansas, born in Parsons, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William R. Kelly; her parents, Harry L. Ladbury and Edith Ladbury; her sister Lois Arnold (Jack); and her sister-in-law Carol Ladbury.
She is survived by: her son Bill Kelly (Jane); her grandchildren, Kyle Kelly (Hazel) and Jordan Kelly; her great grandchild Nolan Kelly; and her siblings, Ray Ladbury and Marjorie Oviatt (Gary).
